Axion Outreach Terms and SMS Terms
Acceptance
Use of the Axion Outreach website or Axion Outreach services is subject to these terms and any separate signed service agreement between you and Axion Outreach LLC.
Services
Axion Outreach provides website development, digital marketing, business outreach, scheduling, and related professional services. Specific scope, pricing, ownership, and payment terms may be governed by a separate agreement.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate information
- Use services lawfully
- Supply necessary materials and approvals
- Avoid infringing third-party rights
- Maintain responsibility for their own business decisions
No Guarantee
Results from websites, marketing, outreach, lead generation, advertising, scheduling, or business services are not guaranteed.
Third-Party Services
Services may rely on third-party hosting, communications, domain, scheduling, analytics, or platform providers. Axion Outreach is not responsible for outages or policy changes outside its reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
Axion Outreach retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, systems, software, methods, templates, and materials. Ownership of client-specific deliverables is governed by the applicable service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axion Outreach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
SMS Program
Axion Outreach sends SMS messages relating to meeting confirmations, appointment reminders, Zoom meeting links, rescheduling assistance, and one-to-one customer-care replies.
Message frequency varies depending on scheduled meetings and customer interactions.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Reply STOP to opt out.
Reply HELP for assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Opt-In
Contacts may provide verbal consent during a live scheduling conversation before messages are sent. The contact is told the nature of the messages, that frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that STOP and HELP are available.
SMS Opt-Out
After a customer replies STOP, Axion Outreach will stop non-required SMS messages unless the customer later opts in again.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how information is collected and used.
Termination
Axion Outreach may suspend access to services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity, subject to any separate service agreement.
Governing Terms
Separate signed agreements control where they conflict with these website terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated by publishing a revised version on this page. The effective date will be updated when changes are made.
